Perfect Business Vacation

The Hyatt grand Hotel was absolutely beautiful from the minute we arrived. Very friendly staff greeting us. And the view across to the pool area with all the glass, the gorgeous. The food was also very good during our stay. We were there on a business trip and even the catered lunches are fabulous.

Anniversary vacation

Beautiful upscale hotel. Very clean and recently updated. Staff extremely friendly and valet is worth the price. Views are amazing from center balcony rooms.

My wife and I stayed for a birthday/Mother’s Day staycation and the hotel was very spacious and the pools and staff were very friendly and helped out with whatever we needed. Definitely will be visiting the hotel again

Our family of 4 stayed at the Grand Hyatt over the July 4th weekend. The renovations are complete and the property is beautiful! We loved the daily activities for families at the pool, the live music each night at the lobby bar, and the entire property in general. Would highly recommend! We will be back for sure!

Amazing Resort!! (But bring earplugs)

Overall the stay was amazing! Absolutely beautiful resort. However, the walls are paper-thin. We heard doors slamming in the hallway all night/morning.. you could hear your neighbors sliding door opening.. was woken up by our neighbor showering early in the AM...yes...water!! That's how thin the walls are! Outside of this complaint, truly an amazing resort with unforgettable views.

The grounds of this hotel are stunning!! Guests and noise level is very loud throughout the night and into the early hours; making it hard to sleep through the night. Our room could have been cleaned a little better prior to check in. There was dirty spots on the bathroom floor and curtains. We love the pools at this hotel!! & THE VALET ( Josh) gave excellent recommendations for restaurants

This property was amazing. I am a native to Arizona and had never stayed here before. I love how kid friendly it was! I would say the service could improve. However, the amenities were extra extraordinary.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. We loved everything about our stay here! The pools, updated design, staff, view, and spa were all wonderful. Definitely feels like a luxury resort!
