Beautiful Hotel, staff was excellent. Clarissa was so very helpful. We loved her! We absolutely love the fact that you have a shuttle to take us back-and-forth to the airport and especially on short notice. Only drawback was the pool was extremely cold!, Needs to be heated and it got quite dirty. Needs to have a cleaner vacuum placed in the pool 24/7.

The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER!

I did not eat there or go to the bar, but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was AMAZING!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and Trisha, who checked me in was absolutely wonderful!! Couldn't ask for a better stay!
