Resort was beautiful. Our casita was perfect with spectacular views of nature and the golf course. Rooms were well kept and clean. Room service was spot on and attentive to our requests. The front desk was professional and answered all questions and were prompt to assist with questions even after our check out. Some of the wait staff and bell hop staff were less than positive but overall we recommend this stay.

The room has musty smell, dusty, the refrigerator - stinky, coffee - only decaf. However, the staff is excellent, amenities are good - clean and good sauna and steam room. The place is very quiet and rounded by nature.

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel cleaning staff were on it. They did the best job. Not everything worked as it should in the unit and wasn’t stocked fully to be able to cook. Outside of that, great!

The room had no hot water. The staff played games with us saying the water felt fine to them. Then it turns out they were repairing the water heaters. The staff lacked basic courtesy and follow through. Many things throughout the resort were dirty and unkept.

Our villa was a bit dated and worn but still very comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. There were good dining and drinking choices on the property which we enjoyed. The spa was very nice also and we enjoyed our treatments and resting and unwinding at the facility.
