Check in was a little odd having to go to a back room, that seemed like a sales office, to get pool bracelets and parking passes. Overall the room was amazing, well worth the cost. It was very nice having a full kitchen to use. The adult pool was nice, although it needs more shading and the deck to be swept, the overall atmosphere was fun. The property was easy to find and located near many restaurants. We will most definitely be back.

Front desk, maintenance and bell staff were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. Very friendly and welcoming check in with front desk and concierge. Property definitely needs an update. Also common areas like hallways and elevator should be deep cleaned and maintained better.

We absolutely loved staying here. We did get a great deal. Only thing we didn’t care for was that the pull out couch was dirty/had lots of crumbs. We chose not to use it due to this. The resort was super fun and the staff were nothing short of amazing though. It was comfortable, quiet, and we will return for sure.

Old but very well maintained. Very clean! Ladies at the registration desk need training. We arrived late in the evening and they sent us to the wrong elevator so it took us about 45 minutes to find the right elevator and room.
