"The property is 35-40 years outdated. The carpet was scary, I told the kids to leave their shoes on. The door opens to an outside courtyard that can be accessed by anyone, no keycard needed. Not as big of an issue if the room door closed and would latch. The strike plate was hanging off and the door wouldn’t close without a hefty push. And even then it could be pushed open from the outside. Seemed to be a common issue as I noticed multiple doors ajar. When I mentioned this to management they said they would send someone by…no one came. So if security is important to you DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. "

"This resort was perfect. The pools were abundant and at the perfect temperature. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food and drink delivered to the pool area were tasty. I would highly recommend."

"Pool area was really only cleaned up once a day. Old towles piled up and any beverages that were deliverd/ left, sat around all day. The towles were not replaced during the day."
