The staff was so welcoming as we arrived and attentive during our stay. The rooms and facility where beautiful, definitely a place to stay again if back in Phoenix. Walking distance to chase field which was a reason we picked this hotel.

The entire hotel was very nice! It was very modern, all of the staff were welcoming and nice, room was clean and quiet! We only stayed over night for a downtown event but we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

We decided to stay downtown to be close to the events we were attending all weekend. The AC was centrally located from main event venues and great restaurants. The property itself was very clean, the staff was all very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay.

Our room was nice and clean and the hotel smells amazing! The hotel was conveniently located walking distance from Chase stadium. The bar has good drinks and food, but we’re a bit over priced.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. The house keeping was nominal. They missed my room one day (I didn't care so much about making beds, etc. but I did need the coffee and water refilled. I went to the lobby and they provided). The next day they "cleaned" but didn't refill. The beds were a bit lumpy and not great. There is no carpet. It was like a motel 6 with a nicer bathroom.
