"Hotel was a beautiful heritage building. Because of this expect small bathrooms but they were perfectly adequate and spotless. Majority of staff with amazing and so friendly and went out of their way to assist. Only staff I found rude and dismissive were the front reception staff who give you the feeling that you weren’t good enough to stay there. Security staff dining and pool staff were all brilliant "

"The Milestone has a friendly team of staff and is well managed. The restaurant has multiple options of breakfasts available and the rooms have really good a/c which is a huge relief during hot days. Multiple staff at the front desk are knowledgable on all the best spots in the area and will be able to guide you on pretty much anything you will need! Awesome stay guys, won't forget it! "This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away...
