Breakfast is included. Food at the restaurant is delicious. If we ever go back to Kahmandu, we will stay at this hotel again. By the way, the hotel location is a stroll away from the market which is so much fun to browse and buy souvenirs. Thank you Mr. Tulsi and to your staff. Namaste"

They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."
