"The lighting system in the room is too complicated but I've also found that in most hotels in Thailand. Also at the coffee bar by the lobby I ordered a green tea milk matcha but wasn't asked if I wanted any sweetness until after the drink was made and they didn't put anything sweet in it so it was kind of bland and I really didn't enjoy it and three sips it was gone the extra price it definitely wasn't worth it but the overall experience was fantastic and the other staff was very helpful and very concerned with my well-being and also very quick to bring service to the room no matter what the request was so kudos on that"

"I booked a short 2 nite visit on just 4 hours prior to arrival and they were super fast and friendly! Check in time was supposed to be 2pm and I got there around 145pm and they allowed to check in which was great! Sadly I didn’t use the pool or gym but it looks great! Location is near the beach but far away from all the bars so you can sleep peacefully at nite. I only had 1 small issue with the hotel card when using the elevator but when I went back to the front desk they fixed instantly! So I recommend hard rock. Although they were still in construction I had no issues walking around the lobby. I saw some nice guitar displays along with other cool photos and I’m sure once it is done it’s gonna like even better! 10 out of 10!"

"On arrival, the whole premises was a WOW to me. through the winding entrance, I was led to a spacious reception and everything was the standard of "The Standard". The staff members were very helpful, helping with all the questions I raised efficiently. The room was comfortable with a good view. The staff member in the air-conditioned restaurant was not quite responsive, and I chose to dine at the Mexican one, getting drenched into the sea breeze and the staff members were very responsive and interactive. I had a wonderful time in the restaurant. The breakfast was quite disappointing; I was the first one to attend the venue at around 0645, but most of the hot food was not heated up properly. The congee should be otherwise prepared warm enough but in the end, it was lukewarm."

"Amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The suite was fantastic — spacious, stylish and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also good with a nice selection. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again! ❤️"
