Beautiful resort

We love the resort, the large rooms (premium room) with veranda and access to pool, gardens and beach! The beach is clean, the pool area beautiful and staff very friend! The breakfast buffet an offers a large range of delicious food and it’s a nice way to start the day! We have been here many times and will come back for the nice setting of the resort with beautiful gardens surroundings! Outside the resort are many small restaurants with local fresh food ( An Phuc at the corner to y, as owners are very friendly and food delicious. Close to Mui Ne and Phan Thiet, from where you can take a bus or better train to Saigon.

The rooms and pool was excellent. The beach was wonderful but there was more garbage than I would like to see. Outside the property there are some good local places to eat and drink. Prices were very reasonable. Sea Links golf course is very easy to get to and a wonderful place to play. I do plan a return trip!

Kudos to the staff. Unfortunately I lost my phone and didn’t realize it because I thought it was inside my room. As I walked towards the swimming pool, the lifeguard came to me and asked if I had lost my phone? Dumbfounded and puzzled by his question. He showed me screenshot of the lost phone that had my family as a screen saver and indeed I did lose my phone. Thanks to the entire staff. The whole property was beautiful and restful. My mother in law, who has a hard time sleeping and eating, found the location so siren and peaceful. We will be coming back but until then. Thanks

unexpected noisy stay, not amused

The location is nice, the Bungalows are comfortable. But the hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub which also took more then 1 hour. The special request for breakfast (Avocado, Mango) was rejected with the argument "no season". When i went to a nearby street market it way easy to buy. Another reason for this everage review is the very noisy sound check whole afternoon and the live music for new year. It was not possible to sleep before 1AM. As a Spa beach retreat it is not acceptable for me.

The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval for the "free" sofa bed. So ridiculous.

We had booked massage and SPA st the hotell but when we arrived they could not deliver the service we had pre-booked. As compensation they offerered us a discount NEXT time we would come. It is not going to happen. Overall poor handling of an issue. One would expect that is the staff is sick they would get a replacer. This is the third time we stayed at Phu Hai. Love the staffs and tranquil location. Just wish the resort would spet more efforts with the breakfast selections.

The hotel was nice, good pool and well located, however a lot of information listed on Expedia was incorrect such as a baby sitting service and 24 hr shuttle bus available upon request.
