"The place was clean. Everything was as described. The con was that there was no one answering the phone or texts when we wanted to request an early check-in or to leave our luggage before the check-in time."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was in a quiet neighborhood. We utilized the shuttle and that was so helpful for the event we went too. The shuttle driver, I believe his name was Gerald, was so friendly and made sure everyone was accounted for when picking us up from the event. My only complaint about the hotel was the fridge in the room. It was not cold at all. I had to get ice to keep our food and beverages cold. I put food in the fridge overnight and it was barely cold when I woke up. We ended up throwing it away in the AM. "

"We bought a swimming suit for my granddaughter. The store failed to take the magnetic tag off. I went to the front desk to see if she had any ideas. She was very helpful and in the end called maintenance who then came and got the tag off. Above and beyond. Really appreciated it."

"Our river view room was lovely! Staff was ever helpful and I really appreciated the cafe downstairs for a morning coffee and a walk across the bridge. Everything was accessible from where we were in downtown St. Paul. I would love to come back and stay here next time I am in the Twin Cities."
