"We arrived on a Friday. There was plenty of parking. Front desk was fast and easy. They offered us whichever floor we wanted. We choose to stay on the main floor. The room was clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The only thing was the shower handle was hard to turn and the toilet surprised us with it's powerful flush. In the morning we had breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, pancakes, fruits, yogurt, juices, etc... It satisfied all of us. The property sits...

"This was the third time I stayed at this hotel absolutely love it. The rooms are fantastic. The building is very cool. Unfortunately the staff that I dealt with was not very friendly not very helpful. This was only at the front desk every time I ask you a question seemed like I was bothering her."

"The laundry facility was not in operation. That access was a big reason I chose this location as it was the second stop on my vacation. I had to find a local laundry service to handle my needs. Everything else was fine."

"There were soccer teams all over the hotel it was rated a 9.2 I'd give it maybe a 1.2 I reserved 2 rooms we weren't near one another. The pool was also on this floor. I wasn't impressed. The two men that work there were rude I feel we deserve to have $$ taken off our bill."

"The room is fine. The people on site are nice. Do not buy parking from a third party vendor. And whatever you do, don’t leave anything in the room. I left an Apple Watch in mine and did not get it back. Plus, after you leave, the people you text aren’t as nice anymore. Oh, and if there is anything wrong with your TV, it takes hours for someone to come in and fix it. I, personally, would never stay here again."

There should be a brief explanation on parking because it's very confusing on where to park when arriving because you need to go in first to get a room key in order to park in the hotel ramp. "Room clean and well stocked. Parking good. Breakfast was good. I guess what I saw was hallways were not cleaned up. The breakfast area didn't have an attendant so there were a lot of paper products on the floor, cereal spilled, and messy around food dispensers. Tables not washed between usage."

"Breakfast was good, but the room that was first assigned to us was still dirty from the group who just checked out. The front desk staff was nice enough to adjust and put us into two connecting rooms. What really disappointed us was the smell of the room, smells like the carpet was not cleaned for more than a year that you are not gonna want to drop anything on the floor. Location is close enough to downtown which is nice."
