"Great location close to plenty of restaurants & only 10 minutes to walk to the airport bus. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable & there was plenty of storage. "Insgesamt sehr schöne Anlage, freundliches und sehr flottes Personal in den Restaurants, wunderschöner Strand. Leider nur mäßiges, etwas teilnahmsloses Personal an der Rezeption. Wir hatten eine JuniorSuite mit Panoramablick gebucht, der Blick ging aber leider nur auf die Poollandschaft und ein Zimmerwechsel wurde uns in der ganzen Woche nicht ermöglicht. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, was man aber wissen sollte betrifft das Publikum: ⅓ Westeuropäer im Pärchen, ⅓ Familien mit Kleinkindern...

It is marketed as a luxury all-inclusive resort, but in reality it's more of a "some-inclusive" hotel, you never know what's included and what isn't, and nobody clearly explains it. We booked a Junior Suite with a "jetted tub." There was no jetted feature at all, just a tub with the jetted feature not working. "Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€."
