Great Hotel & awesome staff

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff went above and beyond to cater to my every need. There was a welcoming drink and snacks in the hotel restaurant. The desk recommended dinner places and even offered to make a reservation. The bed slept so comfortably and in total darkness. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were just as accommodating on my departure as on my arrival. The people working at this hotel make it a 5 star experience!!

We had a great room with a balcony. Breakfast was superb. Omelets and eggs made to order plus fruits, pastries, yogurts. Drinks and appetizers also really good at the bar. The staff was gracious. One of best places I have stayed in Italy.

We loved this boutique hotel. Giuseppe was very welcoming and all the staff could not be more helpful. Pleasant hotel and close to the train station and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend highly!

I can not rate this property high enough. from the greeting at the door by a staff member, to the welcoming drink and nibbles. The staff are friendly and helpful. we had a lovely room, which we wished we had more time to enjoy. we were only staying 1 night. there are some lovely resturants locally for an evening meal. Breakfast was an amazing selection of pastries, fresh fruit, cereals and hot food upon request. the fresh orange juice was just that fresh squeezed orange juice. The hotel was accommodating with the parking on the following day letting us leave the car whilst we attended a meeting. This is a lovely, smallish hotel in the town centre, which still values customer service. THANK YOU!!

Every now and then you come across a hotel which stands out for its attention to customer service and this is one of them. My wife and I only stayed one night but were sad to leave. The staff were exceptional and the room was nice. Being within walking distance to the station yet close to the seafront made this hotel a perfect choice for us. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.

Hotel Victoria was great

We loved Hotel Victoria. Its location is perfect. The beach was beautiful. Shopping was amazing and very reasonable. I wished I had shopped more. The hotel staff was wonderful. They were so welcoming and kind. The only think I didn't love was the bed. It felt very very firm to me. However, overall I loved the hotel.

I cannot say enough about this Boutique Hotel. All the staff were amazing from the Reception, Breakfast, Bar, Housekeeping and the best scrambled eggs and bacon ever. I am sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name. The property is right in the middle of the town but parking is made easy by the staff. I would suggest you try and follow the directions from the hotel otherwise you may get a police escort as we did because we drove into a pedestrian area. But the police were so helpful and nice but were trying to keep a smile off their face. Lot’s of restaurants within walking distance. But go to Margarietta a 2 min walk away and a fun restaurant to go to. Good food as well. Close to the beach 5min walk and all flat no hills. If you go to Pescara do yourself a favour and stay at Hotel Victoria you will not regret it. \

Shower difficult to use, a little bit broken as some handles were falling off.
