"We had a last minute change of booking and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is modern and clean with comfortable rooms. The pool is a bit small but fine for a cooling evening swim. Breakfasts were actually very good, and we were absolutely delighted that there was proper cutlery and crockery with no single use plastic anywhere - full marks for that. We asked for a slightly later checkout which was no problem at all. The only downside is the location with no real outside space. We would definitely...

"Lo único que me gustó fue el clima. Sería bueno mejorar la iluminación, áreas comunes con pobre iluminación. Cabañas sucias y telas de arañas. Falta de toallas para manos y cara. Desayuno a lo confinado. Menú único para todos sin opción. La atención en el mostrador pobre, con muy pocos deseos de atender al huésped. Falta de asesoramiento en cuanto dónde ir o que visitar."

"The entire complex (excluding the golf course) needs a rehab. The resort and parking fees did not help. Our hallway reminded us of a horse barn."

"Check in was weird and not mentioned at all through email at all. When we arrived there was no front desk, just staff waiting around in golf carts. I didn’t mind, just preferred that this be mentioned through some communication. Every room has its own personal garage which is nice. There’s no explanation about that on anything either. This is advertised as an adult only property which is fine"

"Hotel was disgusting. The curtains were stained and gross, the bed sheets were not changed (I know because I stared at the same stain all week), they never gave us new towels to shower, and the drain in the shower was clogged, and the rooms were never actually cleaned they just made the bed and that’s it."

"We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico."
