"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...

"Superbe hôtel où nous avons séjourné une semaine. La vue sur le Mont Blanc est incroyable et l’endroit est très calme. La chambre était très confortable et d’une grande propreté, avec une literie vraiment excellente. Le petit déjeuner face à la montagne est un moment incroyable. Il est très complet et les produits sont excellents. Tout le personnel est très gentil et accueillant : on se sent comme à la maison. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir."

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Great, clean hotel located near the highway and a 40 minute drive to Flaine, France ski resort. Good wifi, onsite restaurant must be good, they were booked solid and couldn’t accept us for dinner. "

"Brilliant location making it truly ski out ski in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food quality very good. Hotel rooms a little basic but were very clean and were all we needed for a 3 night ski trip. Advised by the hotel to come via Annecy which we did and the drive to and from Geneva airport ( 70 minutes) was straight forward. Quiet in the evenings because it’s located 2 miles out of La Clusaz which wasn’t a problem for us. Already planning on going back next year."
