It was conveniently situated. It was clean but for a self-contained unit there were things missing - eg soap, tea towel, dish washing detergent, dish sponge, tea/coffee/sugar depleted. Reception was poorly attended and very little welcoming.

Reception seems to be non-existent, with our room key and information left in a lock box despite checking in soon after 2pm. This was communicated clearly by email. We never saw anyone during our 1 week stay. Basic supplies were scarce; not enough glasses and cutlery for the number of guests, no plugs for sinks or cloths for washing dishes, a single dishwashing tablet for a 1 week stay, no broom. That might be ok if you're going to be serviced regularly, but nothing during a 6 night stay. Having no wifi is a real downside and a tv that doesn't have HDMI capability is limiting these days. The apartment needed a deep clean. Tiled floors clearly had dirt worn into the tile and grout. Walls were dirty along the beds. Beds not the worst I stayed in, but not particularly comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was convenient and the location is handy and walking distance to the river and South Perth cafes.

Very nice property, and nice staff. The room was extremely dirty (including questionable debris on the toilet wall). Electrical switch and light were hanging out of the wall exposing wiring. In summary a a nice property and staff but I would not stay again because of the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Not ideal. No internet service avail, even signal poor using own data roaming in the room. Only 1 aircon in the hall, room no aircon. Not comfortable in the room No refund policy even book many days. Booked 4 nights but only stay 1 night. Next day rebook another nearby hotel and shifted out.

Arrived very late, after reception had closed. Received late check in instructions which provided me no issues. Older property with ok amenities, older air conditioning. No ventilation in the bedroom, on the hot night that I stayed it would have helped to have a fan of aircon in the bedroom.

Location was great but the carpet was old and stained, the appliances were really old and the kitchen was really outdated. The linen and bathroom was clean. There was no internet as shown in the instructions. It needs new cutlery, fridge and countertop

Accomodation for sports teams

Generally good. Unit was clean but decor tired. There was traffic noise from freeway, we reduced this by keeping windows closed while sleeping. We appreciated the spacious kitchen and full laundry. Kitchen had oven as well as microwave. Our appartment had adequate utensils. We were taking part in a sports team so spent little time in the appartment during the day. The location was excellent for getting to the various sports fields throughout Perth.

Our room hadn't actually been cleaned (towels, sheets had been used) when we were given the key. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. It wasn't particularly clean in general. The beds were comfortable, at least. There was an aircon issue that thankfully didn’t end up being a problem. Overall, not at all recommended.

The property is extremely dirty and outdated. We walked around the property barefoot for 10 minutes and our feet were black. The cleaners tried to clean the floors but they didn’t even have a proper mop. The toilet was leaking and the floors were wet. The showers were constantly leaking and we couldn’t turn them off, the noise kept us up at night. Because it was holidays, there wasn’t anyone at the reception to help us. On a positive note, it’s a good location and the apartment is large.

We asked for a single bed to be added to the room, which it was. However, it was placed directly in front of the air conditioner which needed to be on as it was very warm on both days of our stay. It was the only air conditioner and there was nothing in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied which did not last 2 days. The grout between the tiles in the shower needed a good scrub to remove mould. The plug for the kitchen sink did not fit the plug hole. The door handle to the balcony was loose. The carpet in the lounge room had not been vacuumed properly and was evident when I moved the single bed. Generally, the room was very tired and neglected. The hotel was supposed to be manned from 10.00 AM but on both days there was nobody there at 10.00. The shower tile
