"Booked last minute - best pool in the area but sun beds were limited. Some were damaged, not fit for purpose. Some umbrellas were broken. Pool bar was open if you could catch him.... Nice on arrival that you are taken to your room but dont expect anything else. Had ground floor room which was clean. Beds were made but no sign of mopping until day before Wall next to sink had not been cleaned before i stayed & was not done in time i was there. No plugs in sink or bath. Original bath had been...

"There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv
The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell.
The room was clean and we had clean towls,
We didn't use the kitchen area.
The rooms are a really nice size.
Just needs updating.
Better locks on the doors,
Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival.

Ich hatte als einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Golden Coast Beach Hotel und habe mich von der ersten Minute an super wohlgefühlt.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Der Service war erstklassig und das gesamte Team war super.
Mein Zimmer war absolut sauber und top gepflegt. Auch das gute Essen hat mich total begeistert – es gab eine tolle Auswahl. Gute Lage direkt am Strand.

"A relaxed atmosphere with decent facilities, but it does feel a bit dated in places as the rooms and décor could use modernisation, especially compared to newer hotels in the area. The hotel is also not directly on the beach, so you’ll need to walk a short distance to reach the sea. The pool area is pleasant, the staff are helpful, and it is good value for money.
