Best value for money

Good Value for money. Little old the apartment building hotel (the bungalows is in excellent condition), but everything is clean. Room was big and clean with free a/c. Breakfast was just ok nothing more. No wifi only in lobby area.

We booked hotel for one night. I stay with my husband and baby. We arrive at 14.00 for check in but in reception they ask to wait another 30 min to prepare room. It wasn’t so comfortable because baby wanted sleep and it was too hot to wait. But receptionist lady was very kind and apologize for this. So room was big enough, clean, working air cond as it was very hot days. Just was no WiFi in room. Swimming pool was perfect. Breakfast was ok. I can’t tell so tasty but for price of hotel it was really good. It was everything enough for me. I just don’t know if this happens only to me but ladies who clean rooms was very loud talk. I worry they can make wake up my baby. I can advice this hotel for short stay.

The room cleaners are a pain. Knocking on the door and then unlock and walk in on you at 8.30 every morning, even though you ask them not to come until late morning. They don't speak english either which doesn't help. Otherwise the hotel is ok and value for mone

We were three adults on a half-board apartment. Breakfasts and Dinners were very good. Lots of food, many choices. We especially enjoyed the Cypriot dishes but since most of the guests at this hotel/apartment complex were Russian there were quite a lot of well prepared Russian dishes as well. Whenever we had a problem an employee would come within a few minutes and fix the TV, Wifi, etc. All-in-all we had a fabulous stay at the Jacaranda Hotel Apartments and look forward to staying there again.

Inappropriate and offensive behavior

I booked and paid by credit card the full amount for my stay .Upon my arrival at the hotel for the check-in the manager at the reception informed me that I would have to pay again , making various assertions that I could not understand.After refusing to pay for many times, I decided to contact hotel.com and ask for help .They confirmed me that my reservation was paid and that I would NOT have to pay any extra. When I was presented again at the reception for final settlement of the matter, I was greeted by Director who apologized to me for all the inconvenience I went through and confirmed to me that I would NOT have to pay any amount.At that time I felt that the matter was over so my family and I, (wife and 2 minor girls 3 years and 6 months old)went in the hotel restaurant for lunch.Later and when i was back the manager to my surprise,launched an unprecedented attack on my person in public and in the presence of dozens of people.After an intense altercation with this lady, she retired to her office to come back later and tell me that I would eventually NOT have to pay any amount. As you can see, the purpose of my stay, was to spend a beautiful and quiet day with my family at the hotel premises. Instead, I was treated with disgust by reception manager, humiliating me and slashing me in front of dozens of people who were there at the time, essentially suggesting that I tried to avoid paying. AVOID 100%

Cheap but usable hotel.

The hotel is a little worn, but comfortable. Good: The location is just off one of the main tourist streets, and withing 5-10 minutes walk of the beach. The room (apartment) was spacious The beds were good and comfortable, with alternate pillows and sheets in the room. Neutral: The kitchenette was adequate for two, but nothing more. Bad: The hotel offers no wifi or other internet access in the rooms, and even 3G/4G access was extremely hard to come by in the room. The only online access available was in the reception area, where 40-60 people hung around to get online. The sink in the bathroom would only drain in 5-10 minutes and no plug was available for either sink or the bathtub.

The room was huge and has nice side sea views as well, but as soon as I walked in i found a cockroach by the fridge. I assume it is normal in a semi rural area and with this hot weather. The maid was coming every day to empty the waste bin, so I suppose they are familiar with the problem. Other than that is great value for money

Alex 25 U.K. Really excellent for the price. Rooms exceptionally clean and also in good condition (not one cracked bathroom tile! For example). Room is very spacious especially for one and the open plan makes it seem roomy. Air con works great and is of course free. The room has a safe but I never used it and the cleaning staff seem friendly and reliable. The reception staff are very friendly and almost every extra request I had was granted without extra charges also. Very happy with that indeed. All you can eat Breakfast is included in most of the room prices, there is good variety but nothing really special there, the quality isn’t the best either (for example the bacon is a bit fatty) but for the price it is fantastic value for money. The juices are perfectly okay and refreshing to have as they’re served cold, but not as good as the fresh juices from shops available in Cyprus. Location is excellent just off to one side of the middle of the strip, reasonably close to the beach (5 minute walk), right next to a medium sized supermarket which is handy for eating in. Off-license for cheap drinks and currency exchange just around corner up main Street. There is entertainment and sometimes music but the hours are ok for noise levels. Only 2 other points; the decor in the rooms is a bit dated but there’s nothing wrong with it at all and the breakfast staff talk to you in Russian first so can’t understand them instantly. In summary excellent value for money!

Best for self catering or BnB although they cater for Swedish and Russians and the breakfast is not up to much. We asked for late check out-(3pm) to be told come back in the morning went back they said no fully booked not even a courtesy room available! We were picked up at 16.30 and no new guests had arrived so we could have kept our room

Good location for short break.

This was our third stay at this location, which offers good value accommodation close to beach and local amenities. We were accompanied by two grandchildren who enjoyed the proximity to the 3 swimming pools. The apartment was sufficiently spacious to accommodate 2 adults and two children.

Disappointed with hotel, beach beautiful!

We stayed in the hotel and had ants in our room, we had to ask twice for someone to come in and use ant killer to get rid of them which worked for about 1 day but they came back. We were at the back of the hotel which meant it was quiet however the grounds at the back of the hotel was full of rubbish, broken beds and even tampons on the floor, not a nice outlook! The room was very dated with rust on the bath. The sheets were clean and we did have free air con which was the only god send. The beds around the pool were uncomfortable and mostly broken. Overall we were disappointed with the hotel but the beach closeby is beautiful and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

- Fik ikke den lejlighed jeg bestilt. De sagde alt var booket og jeg måtte vente til dagen efter. Dagen efter sagde de at jeg skulle vente til dagen efter igen. Der havde jeg fået nok og var nød til at kontakte Hotels.com for at få den lejlighed jeg bestilte. - Lejligheden var fuldt med kakerlakker og tissemyre, den søde rengørings dame gav mig insekt spray for at jeg kunne sprøjte lejligheden med det. - De fleste af de ansætte var flinke og hjælpsomme. - køleskabet larmede en del. - der var 2 aircon i lejligheden hvor dene ene virkede ikke. - Deres roomservice går ud på at skifte håndklæder/tørreklæder og rede sengene og ikke andet. - Gammel og slæt, men tror også fordi den ernillig i forhold til de andre. Jeg vil anbefale at i ofre noget mere penge og får noget lidt bedre.

Экономный отдых. Обязательно берите машину. Без нее в этот отель мы бы не поселились.А так все пляжи Айя-напы,Протараса под рукой. Из магазинов рядом очень хороший винный, Лидл и Метро(5-7 минут езды). Кипр восхитителен. Отель стоит тех денег, которые мы заплатили.Единственный минус очень мало посуды. Чуть больше.И сковородку с тефлоговым покрытием не мешало бы.Не хватает каналов ТВ. А так, безусловно рекомендую Отель бюджетный и ничего не раздражает. Персонал дружелюбный. Отель находися в продуваемом месте. Очень немаловажно. Кондийионер работает хорошо. Берите

Hotellet har potential, men måste fräschas upp. Det finns allt som man önskar på semester - stora rum, fina bassängen, restaurang, animation, ligger nära strand, vissa rum på högre våningar har havsutsikt, men allt måste förbättras. Rum var omoderna, allt var gammal och städningen halkade. Sänglinnne och handukar var inte de fräschaste. Maten på restaurangen var bra, men servisen och miljö var inte den bästa. Stor plus för personalen i receptionen - nästan alla våra önskemål var uppfyllda. Våra barn älskade mini-disko och underhållning på kvällarna. Rekommenderas inte om man tycker om fräscha hotell.
