"This hotel needs updating. Lots is small things that don’t work, nightstand drawer would not stay shut, stopper in tub did not work, shower curtain too small, shower would soak the entire bathroom. Carpet very dirty. Lots of small things that need fixing. On our last night kids ran up and down the halls until midnight knocking on doors. Ver uncomfortable stay. "

"no hot water in bathroom sink, low pressure shower with a crappy head, no heat or vent in bathroom, flourescent bulbs everywhere make the room look like the crack den it likely is worse, they charged me $50 on a card as a "no smoking deposit" that has not been refunded. AVOID "

"Shower not clean nor bath room floor. Bedroom floor needed a good vaccuuming. "

"The location is great, right off the interstate and near many restaurants, shops, and a mall. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"Restroom door did not latch to close. Bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. Eggs and sausage were cold. Juice was so watered down it was undrinkable. No utensil to get waffles out of maker. Waffle batter was like water and would kit cook thoroughly. Many rude guests, especially at breakfast.Hotel wreaked marijuana in halls. I have stayed here previously and had better experiences. Not sure I will book again."

"The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day."

"The headboards of both beds had handprints on them and just dirty. The hot water took 10-15 minutes to get warm and really never did get hot. Had the room lose power for about 5 minutes due to too high a voltage according to the desk clerk."
