"It was a super busy weekend with families in town for various tournaments. But the staff was always pleasant and accommodating Special shout out to Alice at the local eatery on site. She’s top-notch and definitely deserves a raise. Will definitely be staying here again. Super family friendly and I love that they allow pets of all size."

"We pretty much always stay here when in Penticton. It is consistent, reliable and convenient. With at least one meal at the Hooded Merganser. Unfortunately, always have 1 of 3 items on the menu; which I love. Assume the rest of menu is great as well. Front desk staff are usually over the top amazing, so when occasionally they are average it seems like a huge let down. Overall, we keep coming back year after year, sometimes 3 times in a year. Highly recommend this place."

"I lost my car keys when it was time to check out. I never actually asked the staff to help me look for them, only to keep watch if they see them. However, they saw me in distress and came to my room offering to help me look when I’m ready. After some time, they walked into my room and found my keys in two minutes lol! I started crying from the relief and they re-assured me it wasn’t a bother and they’re used to it since their kids lose things all the time ahah. They were so kind and felt like...

"Our room was right beside a back door that went outside. Everytime someone used it... day or night... It slammed hard. I am hearing impaired and I heard it all the time constant. I didn't complain about it when we checked out but honestly there was nothing that person could have done to fix it."

"The room was very spacious - we had a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful - even helped carry our stuff up the stairs. They also came to the room to assist with Wifi connection. It was very windy while we were there and lost internet and cable for one night though. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, though there was no paper towel. Lots of pots and fry pans. There was a dishwasher but no...

"Staff were friendly and it was close to where I wanted to be."

"It could have been better, the whole building is very old and appliances that are being used is also really really old. No electrical port in washroom, couldn’t use the hair dryer which was a mess for us. Pool was out of service and not clean at all. It was overall an okay experience but we definitely will be looking at other options in the future."

"It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. "
