"the hotel is nice enough depending on what you want in a hotel. the staff are very helpful. the room was clean. the bed was a little too soft but adequate enough. I didn't see the spa but on looking at the prices did feel it is a bit pricey. we didn't eat there so can't comment on that. Our room was nice enough but the shower was not a good design. the taps were quite hard to understand how to use even with given instructions that were incidentally the wrong way around. I had to near enough hug the wall to be able to get under the shower head to feel the water. this could also be a slip hazard even with a slip mat. On the whole our experience was ok but I feel the cost of the room is too much for what you get if you compare it to the likes of Travelodge or premier inn ect."
"Excellent location and very nice and friendly staff. Free parking was a big plus as well! The only issue was that the room felt a bit warm (even with the provided fan). If I need to take another trip to Liverpool, I’ll stay here again."
"Lovely big room with very comfy bed. Great location and friendly helpful staff. And the drinks voucher was a nice touch! The only slight negative was that the room was a bit dark, some of the lightbulbs needed to be replaced, and an extra light in the bathroom would be helpful. Otherwise perfect!"
"The hotel is very grand the staff are very good and friendly although a couple of the breakfast staff are very abrupt but the breakfast itself was lovely with a nice choice, ideally situated too"
