After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Easy to find by following the signs from the t2 car park. Rooms are good, typical airport hotel rooms. The dark decor showed every scuff mark but generally well maintained. The restaurant was good but pricey (but I suppose normal for airports). We stayed in a room overlooking the atrium. It was quiet and fine for a one night stay. Will stay again."

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Overall a short walk to the terminals - only manchester airport could charge £3.50 for a shuttle bus to the terminals. Welcome to a second tier airport. "

No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...
