Ricky on reception was so helpful. I was so tired when I checked in, but he made the process easy. Because I was a member of the IHG group, I was awarded a later check out time, which came in useful as I was racing at the Sports Village. He also mentioned that instead of going in for breakfast, I could take breakfast a breakfast bag to go, which was very useful after my run.

I was very impressed with the hotel accommodation, cleanliness and the food including the breakfast was very good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff all were willing to help. I will certainly return to this hotel if I am in the area.

Excellent location for Ironman Bolton, only about 10 minutes walk to the start line. Breakfast even put on especially for the event at 4am, selection of porridge, fruits, pastries etc. Very much appreciated and the room was spotless too, will definitely book again if doing this event.

Although the hotel was full, ( big rugby game ) there was plenty of choice and hot breakfast food. Table's were cleared quickly, never had a problem getting one. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff we're great.
