"From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome and nothing was too difficult. The hotel is set on beachfront property that is spacious and quiet. The rooms are extremely generous and the attention to detail is high. There is plenty of coral and fish to see just offshore and high tea at 4pm on the beach was a great way to finish a swim. "Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....
"Stayed for 5 nights. The receptionist who helped us checked in was very nice. Ahe also recommended to rent a motorcycle so we can explore anytime we wanted to go out. Without the motorbike, I dont think we would have seen Lombok's natural beauty and its villages. Our overall experience was unforgettable. Thank you!"
"It's an amazing resort, located in the perfect spot of island, sunset beach gorgeous, surrended by greenery, our 1 bedroom villa with private pool was spectacular in terms of interior design, comfort, service, cleaning. It was like living in a dream. The quality of all amenities , among restaurants and spa was beyond our expectations. This is a real destination spot if you plan to spend 2-3 days in Gili. "The staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home. Service was exceptional. We had multiple meals at the restaurant. We communicated to the hotel one morning that we were delayed for breakfast and the team managed to take our orders in advance and serve us post-breakfast hours.
Food was good with enough variety. The team will check if we are comfortable with our orders. The same goes with the reception and spa. Special call out to Dina, Wulan and a few whom we didn't get the name. Always...
