"Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

The a/c worked well and the apartment was spacious. "Nice pools, great breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location. We stayed in the penthouse which had amazing views of the ocean. You can hear the hostel across the street in the evening but that never bothered us. Very quiet during the day. Great restaurants in walking distance. Would stay there again. "
"Wij hebben bij Ponte Villas een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad. Bij aankomst had Jarno last van Bali Belly, maar het personeel heeft hem geweldig geholpen. Ze zorgden voor gemberthee en verse kokosnoot, en het eten werd speciaal voor hem aangepast. Echt fantastische service! Onze vriend Wawan speelde hierin een grote rol en verdient absoluut een extra vermelding, maar uiteraard ook het andere personeel.
De kamers en het hotel zijn prachtig, alles is netjes en schoon. Jayak doet hier heel hard...
"Notre séjour a été merveilleux grâce au personnel toujours prêt à aider et très chaleureux. Notre chambre était disponible avant l’heure et l’hôtel proche du port est situé en plein centre de la rue commerçante. Nous avons loué des vélos à l’hôtel pour faire le tour de l’île mais nous avons passé aussi du temps à pied à cause du sable notamment coté Sunset où il y a beaucoup de beach club. Attention vers 15h30, c’est marée basse de ce côté."

Nel complesso resort molto accogliente e ben tenuto. Il punto forte é lo staff, ogni membro dello staff é gentile e disponibile. Un ragazzo dello staff ci ha aiutato con i nostri bagagli portandoceli vicino al porto, davvero gentilissimo.
Colazione buona e con diverse possibilità di scelta.

"The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime.
The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful.
The breakfast was good also.
Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect.
There was no coils to keep the mosquitos away and there are quite alot.

"Wonderful stay in a very special place. Just a handful of beautiful rooms surrounding a peaceful, natural style pool. Our family of 4 stayed in the Moon Suite which had plenty of room for all of us. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good location, super easy walk from the harbour and accessible to all main beaches/bars/shops etc. Highly recommended!"
