When we raised the issue we were given a flimsy excuse about not having enough housekeeping staff to make the king sized beds. "There was no hot water in the room and the mattress was worn out and lacked support. I left with a back ache. When I brought the lack of hot water to their attention in the morning, I was told “yeah room # - doesn’t have hot water in the sink, you should have tried the shower.” There was no way I was going to shower with cold water.
