Booked window room but was given a room without window, staff told us that because it was fully booked. I asked the staff the next morning why the hotel was so noisy with renovation sound in the middle of the night, people walking laughing around. The staff replied, there was no other guest. Then why they informed the rooms are fully booked? So what was going on with this hotel?
