"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "My husband and I stayed in a standard room for our first night. We felt it was too small and didn’t have any view of the ocean from the small terrace. Probably more suited for younger surfers. We asked to be upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room with ocean views! What a difference! It was stunning! We loved our beach view from the large, relaxing balcony. The room was very large, clean and welcoming. It was definitely worth the extra money! The staff were extremely sweet and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious but limited to one main dish, a juice and a tea or coffee. If you want extra it’s quite cheap so no problems there. The pool is lovely but small and is situated alongside the restaurant, so if you’re swimming people in the bar/restaurant can see you. Being an older person I didn’t use it as I was too embarrassed. There’s not much around the area however it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and chill out! We would stay there again just for the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff and stunning room with a view! "
