They will organize you a driver to anywhere you want or you can use the free shuttle to go to Ubud city. "I stayed here 11 nights in a nice room with good views of green landscape. The facilities are basic - no water, tea, coffee, soap or shampoo are provided. No breakfast or food available despite property being advertised as having a restaurant. Not many shops close by so you really need transport. I rented a scooter from them which was great. Road nearby is small but surprisingly noisy. Pool is ok but could do with a clean. Overall I think this property is better suited to longer stays."
"We stayed in the 2-bedroom Presidential Villa. The Villa did not disappoint. The staff was the best. They went way beyond what was expected to make sure we had everything that we needed and more. They were genuinely happy that we were there and it showed. They treated us like family and royalty (all of them). The food was delicious. On site chef did a marvelous job!
