"The view is the best thing about this hotel. James at the front desk was amazing. The hotel has a nice lobby. The bar in the lobby only has a few spirits and the front desk would have to serve because there's is no bartender. There are bugs in the bath room and everything was broken. The shower head, the soap dish, the toilet paper holder, the shower door was missing completely and the garbage can was broken as well. It felt like a hostel. The room is very small and the bed wasn't fully made we...

"We arrived at the hotel with a small problem of a lost cell phone. The desk clerk (unfortunately we missed his name) was so helpful! He contacted a taxi for us, explained in Greek what we needed and did his best to help us get the phone back. We returned to the hotel and faced another problem, we locked our key in the room and unfortunately required a locksmith at 1:00 am !! He arranged everything and the locksmith came within 30 minutes.
Although these challenges put a small damper on our...

"Hotel close to the port and plenty shops and restaurants round about.
Excellent staff, very helpful. We got a discount voucher from reception staff at the restaurant next door, good choice of food and drinks.
Breakfast had a good variety of options.
Room was spacious, modern and well equipped.
Staff booked us a taxi to take us to the port, this was all done efficiently.
Would highly recommend."

"If you are taking a cruise out of Piraeus port, you can't ask for a better place to stay than here prior to your trip. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location can be reached without need of a taxi via the subway from the Athens airport. The staff was very helpful. The held our luggage prior to check in and after checking out prior to our departure for the cruise port. The staff arranged for our short taxi ride to the cruise port. There is a beautiful church located within walking...

"Lovely hotel. Needs some modernisation in places but overall everything was in good condition. Not quite up to 5 star standards but everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Room was nice and large which made our stay better. Could use some maintenance in the room to fix a few things or replace. Breakfast room was nice but the chairs were a bit of a letdown for a 5 star hotel and sadly the pool was out of order and not sure when it will be available again.
A massive thank you to the staff...
