"The hotel itself looks a little older on the outside. Looked nice on the inside. The room was nice. Bed slept well. Liked the shower. Plenty of parking. Only thing that gave me some concern initially was location. But everything was great. Breakfast was good as well. "

"Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast, dinner, and bar were very good (2 free drinks and free snacks at happy hour). The only downside was that I had trouble logging on to their wi-fi and had to use my phone as a hot spot the first night. I hope I do not get an extra charge in my next phone bill. The next morning I told the front desk about this, and they gave me an access code that made it work. They should offer that to all guests upon check-in."

"The staff were fantastic although they were understaffed. First room we were assigned had the broken lock and the toilet would not flush correctly. They had no staff to fix our issues so we were given another room. It was fine but the a/c couldn’t keep up with the humidity so it felt damp. The breakfast was poorly lacking in variety. If it were not for the friendly, delightful and accommodating staff we would have given it a lower rating."

"Parking lot in from of the SER tower, there were people smoking marijuana. Jade Waters waterpark is disgusting. There was a child that threw up and the parent told staff and staff did not remove people from the water and did not clean it up. I will never stay here again and will not recommend it now anyone. "

"Front desk associate checking us in was totally in another world. He could care less about providing any type of service or information. Dude looked more interested in taking a nap than doing his job. Typical help associated with that area of Dallas. Hotel room was excellent. There was some sort of event taking place downstairs. Lobby and bar area was packed with loud and obnoxious “people”. Checked out at 0300 to catch a flight and they were still causing a ruckus in lobby. "
