"The Abbey Hotel & Spa was a beautiful hotel in the mountains. It was quiet, clean & comfortable. The entire hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. The Appropos restaurant was top notch.
We would definitely make plans to return again. "
"The continental breakfast was awesome, way better than the Hilton we stayed at the nght before. Service was excellent, highly recomend! There is a great walking path along the Hudson River that's across the street from the hotel, beautiful!"
"This unit is bare-bones. Very clean, small, TV/AC/microwave, refrigerator. Two inexpensive full-size beds that were comfortable. Vinyl-wood floors. If all you want is a place to plop and sleep and leave, it is fine but if you are looking for a dresser, coffee-maker, and comfort, this is not your place. No tissues or hair dryer in room. This is essentially "you get what you pay for" and it was clean and did not smell badly. We arrived, and two hours later went to a wedding, returned, slept...
"Staying the historic former GE Crottonville training center. The place is amazing. It wasn’t intended to be a hotel per se. It is way, way more than that.
I think it is still looking for its footing as a hotel/corporate conference training center for public, so being able to stay here feels like I have a 6 Sigma training with Neutron Jack at 8:AM.
The place is something to see for yourself hurry!!"
"The hotel is in a busy BUT very secluded being in the back of the main road. It is beyond clean. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea available 24 hrs. Staff very nice and knowledgeable.
Only complaint, you do need a car to go to the outlets. It says walking but no way! The main road is too insane to consider walking there. Like a good 8 minute car ride. There is a small shopping center w Ulta, Harbour Frieght and Popeye that you can walk to."
"The carpet is very very dirty like they never clean for ages so sticky. I need to wash my feet over and over again. There was a piece of nail on the floor so creepy."
