The room had not been cleaned except the trash had been taken out. We had to request clean sheets, an ice bucket, and a coffee maker (this we never received.) The room smelled, the floors were sticky, there was a used razor in the bathtub/shower. We had to put our own toliet paper on the empty roll. ...
