"Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay"

"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. "Die Anlage ist insgesamt in Ordnung, wirkt jedoch bereits etwas abgewohnt. Sie ist deutlich einfacher und weniger modern, als es die Fotos vermuten lassen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schlicht eingerichtet. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, und auch die Handtücher wirkten nicht besonders frisch. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln nur unzureichend, sodass morgens viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt und es sich schnell aufheizt. Zudem gibt es keinen...

"Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!"

"The price was good comparitively for this area at this time, but as a seaside location, Varna is still more expensive than other Bulgarian cities. I did have buffet breakfast included, however. The buffet seems to be normally rated as excellent, but I would just say that it was ok. Yes, there was a selection similar to most full buffets, but more modest in size, perfectly edible but not special, and the prices and quality when I had one dinner I would describe as similarly ok, but just...

"Wonderful hotel, centrally located, great staff, especially the lady at the lobby was extremely helpful and warm. Gym needs love, as it has almost nothing to lift other than cardio stuff. Location is awesome, close to everything in downtown, yet pretty calm area."
