Elevators were broken. Only two working elevators out of 6 in our elevator bank. Wait times of up to 30 minutes to get one. There was no mention of the problem and no rush to fix them. Just inconvenient if you have reservations or need to be somewhere at a certain time. Otherwise I love Planet Hollywood. Convenient location, fun atmosphere and friendly staff!
