"Our 2 queen room was not the one pictured on the website. It was in the back building up a flight of stairs that you had to drag your suitcase up yourself (no elevator access). The room was very small. They had stuffed 2 queen size beds that touched the side walls with a single night stand between them. There was less that 18 inches of clearance at the foot of the beds and the desk/chest of doors and frig on that wall. It was an old room with no closet so they had a wardrobe in the corner. There was not enough room to open the door of the wardrobe more than about 15 inches so you had to wedge yourself into the corner and reach in the 15 inch crack. There was no luggage rack and minimal floor space so we had to put 1 suitcase on the desk and 1 on the chest of doors. The light switch for the bathroom was behind the door so you had to go into the room, close the door and feel along the wall in the dark. There was a timer on the bathroom light and it turned off the light every time in the middle of my shower. There was little space in the bathroom for toiletries and only 1 hook for towels. Whoever designed the room did not actually stay in it as the problems would have become readily apparent. They should have charged us a lot less than what they charged for the room pictured on the website."

"Charged me twice for my room noticed it on my credit card twice and had to bring that to their attention. Shower malfunctioned, water turned off to our room, it was an invoncenience. They should have moved us to a different room. Poor maid service. Only came in one full time, our last day. Bistro needs to open earlier than 6:30, at least for coffee service. $15 for a breakfast sandwich? Way too overpriced as was everything else. Breakfast sandwich should cost under $10. $28 for two small glasses of Chardonay? Nothing special except overpriced. The sofa in 820 is terribly uncomfortable, leans way back and not support, had to lay way back and was difficult to sit upright. Also those three large leather chairs in the lobby in front of the TV were the most uncomfortable I have seen in a lobby. Very difficult to sit properly and enjoy your coffee. The only great thing was the location. It was perfect. Please upgrade everything."
