Staffs are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Room is very nice, clean and comfortables bed. Swimming pool and area around swimming pool need TLC and there is no bicycles available at the time of our stay as they are all need fixing according to their staffs. We were staying there from 11-14 July 2025

Never again!

The room was very nice, clean, well kept. Fresh towels everyday. That was nice. But no drawers to unpack clothing and only 4 coat hangers . However, according to the website, there should have been free area shuttle- there was not. A very nice lady at the front desk took us to a restaurant on her personal scooter. We walked back to the hotel. Yes, the bicycles were free to use AFTER we aired up our own tires, fixed the handle bars from falling down, never could fix the seat from falling, it had no brakes and no headlights. They are rolling death traps. There was no spa at all, as proclaimed by your website. There is a bar by the pool but you have to BRING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL. Because it’s just an empty space. We had to ask for the promised free water. There are no water views from The hotel. And the beach is about 200 yards from the hotel. The restaurant was never open while we were there so we had to walk to restaurants every day (again, no shuttle as stated on the website)

I had booked for 3 nights. Based on the property photos, close to proximity to the beach, the gym, a 4 star rating and good feedback, I decided to book this hotel over another one. The good, it is about a 5 min walk to the beach. Check in was uneventful and friendly. Now the bad. The entire facility felt neglected. I had opted for the Premier Jacuzzi Room, which was located next to the nicer main building. The room was mediocre. It seemed as it had seen better days. The curtains were a dark brown and looked out of place. The jacuzzi was a strange looking blue tub, cold water only, with super weak jets. The hot water kettle was missing. Of the 2 advertised pools, only the one on top of the main building was operational. The second one on top of my building along with the "gym" where not usable due to repairs. No apologies by the staff or perhaps a free breakfast was offered for the inconvenience. In short, for the price I paid for the upgraded room and the misrepresentation of the facilities, I would have chosen another hotel. I was hoping to add photos I took of the property to illustrate the condition. Unfortunately, you have to use your imagination. In summary, the hotel does in no way look like the advertisement. -

Was a very bad value for money stay as it was $140 usd and worth was closer to $40. Below are the issues we encountered Refrigerator broken and smells terrible when we opened it smelling up the whole room No pool towels Tiny tiny tiny soap and shampoo Shower tub dangerous getting in and out of No restaurant open for dinner due to an event and nobody told us when we checked in No help with room when we checked k. Including how to use the outdoor hot tub which didn’t appear to do anything but make noise. Cold eggs Terrible coffee Ants in the watermelon No hot water for shower in the morning Dead bug above toilet Wall is peeling

Lugn oas en bit utanför Pattaya. Hyfsat bra strand med ett antal matställen på gångavstånd från hotellet. En besvikelse var dock att ett av rummen vi fick hade insekter och insektsägg. Vi fick byta rum. Dock var inte städningen tillfredsställande. På andra och tredje dagen hade inte rummes städats, trots att vi påmint och sagt till i receptionen.

ジャグジー付きの部屋に7歳の娘は喜んで、ジャグジーには何度も入っていました。 オーシャンビューの部屋にしたのですが、目の前はは林で、かなり遠くに海が見える程度でした。 施設全体は高級ではないですが、小ざっぱりとした感じで満足できるレベルです。 海岸まで歩くといくつかレストランがあり、夕陽を見ながらのディナーは最高でした。海までの道は暗く、野良犬もいたのでタイに慣れていない人は抵抗があるかもしれません。

자쿠지 온수안되요~

기대가 컸는지 실망스러웠요ᆢ 아기자기 그리스컨셉? 위치는 조용한걸 원해서 좋았지만 야외 자쿠지있는 방이여서 예약했는데 온수가 안된다고, 고장난것도 아니고 뜨거운물은 나오는데 사용안된다고하네요ᆢ이건뭐지? 플런짓풀 이라고 표기하셨음 예약안했을텐데ᆢ 조식은 돈내고 추가하실필요는 없으실거같아요 룸 서비스로시킨 음료는 맛있었네요 로비.체크인안내 직원분들은 친절했지만 방 관리가 별루였네요
