"Excelente!!!"

"My two brothers and I started for our annual siblings trip and we loved it! Peaceful, great location, quick walk to the beach (2 min)"

"Perfect location. 2 minute walk and you're in the sand at the beach! i think the property could use an update as the whole property is pretty outdated which you'll notice as soon as you walk in. Besides that, it had everything we needed and the beds were actually comfortable. We definitely enjoyed our stay."

"Friendly staff. Charming property. Delicious breakfast. Great location - walking distance to Cocoa Village."

"The stay was extremely pleasant. The star very friendly and helpful. The ambience, the good , the amenities were all very good. Both my husband and I wanted to stay longer. Kudos to Elyssa she was so helpful and professional."

"The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually."

"Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months."

"Great quaint Inn. Feels like going back in time. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Loved the two Macaws on the property. Great pool. Close to the beach. Very quiet hotel for those looking to get away for a relaxing vacation. Definitely recommend for couples or even a single person. We will be back!"

"Nice to stay"

"The pool was not heated, the showers outside pool didn't work on first floor. And who doesn't have hash browns in breakfast. Worse of all, the cook had no idea how to accommodate for vegetarian diet or meals."

"Very clean. Staff is terrific very helpful. Right at the ocean. Old Florida decor not sterile but so comfortable. Will definitely be back"

"Stay was amazing"
