"This property was a very nice find. It had a beautiful view of the sunset and the room we chose was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. The property was lovely and the view from the deck was even better. Our two concerns were, our first evening was extremely chilly outside and there was no way to control the air conditioning and the second night was quite warm and there was no way to control making it cooler. I wasn't prepared to not be able to control the thermostat. My most important issue was even though the string lights made night time gorgeous on the property they were also like spotlights coming in to the bedroom window. The room would darken much better with curtains instead of blinds. We stayed in room number 10. Overall we highly enjoyed the property and would definitely consider another stay."

"Well, there are pros and cons for this place. The big pro is it’s literally just right on the beach. Great outdoor chairs, hammocks, loungers and picnic tables. The size of our 2 bedroom rental was good for our family of 5. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: the unit was very shabby, large cracks in floorboards in main bedroom and in bathroom. Chair in second bedroom outer layer was worn through. Unit was only superficially clean, floors were still dirty, found lots of old hair and dust/lint on the floor. Blinds on windows in living and dining room were broken and couldn’t be closed making it bright both at night, due to the lighted outdoor areas, which stayed lit all night and during the day. Dining table was sticky. It was quite chilly weather during our stay and yet we couldn’t get the AC to cool the place down and we had to close the windows because the guests below us were extremely loud and smoking pot (obviously not the fault of the establishment, but frustrating nonetheless) these guests were loud and smoking well past 11 PM. The property had grills and a firepit, neither of which we used, but we did try to use the beach chairs, but only 2 worked because the rest were rusty and broken. Plenty of beach toys. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was detergent provided we did not find it. Overall, the location is good, but we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the shabby, run-down state and lack of cleanliness. "

"The room was clean. The hostess was accessible. The only way to use the tv was if you had a pre existing account with a provider such as Prime etc. We do not use these apps and couldn’t use the tv. The hostess, Janet, came over within 4 minutes of us calling her and gave us access to her account. We didn’t go on vacation strictly for tv, however we did use it during the rain. The room was sufficient for what we needed, for the time being, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The furniture was bare minimum. No place to set anything but on the floor. In the unit description it looked like the pool was right outside your door. It was not. This property is in with approximately 8 other properties located in the same spot. The (very small) pool is located at the managers home aways away and shared by all. We ended up not using the pool at all. The backyard was unkept. In order to access our unit we had to walk over uneven patio blocks. The driveway was milling (chunked up road tar) which made it hard to pull luggage over. Upon leaving in the check out instructions it said to return all used pool towels clean. I’ve never heard of having to wash your towels while on vacation. Originally booked a one room hotel for our trip. We switched to this property last minute because it was a small furnished apartment, by doing so we saved money. You get what you pay for. Next time I will spend the extra money for a 1 bedroom hotel with a pool. "

"Very friendly and accommodating staff! Room was clean. Rooms could use a bit of updating. For example I had trouble with my door lock. Location is great. Right on the beach, which wasn't crowded. Five minute drive from downtown. "
