Staff were friendly, pool and amenities were nice. My issue was being placed on the second floor facing the street. Bangla road is known for being loud, so perhaps this is my fault but it was impossible to get any sleep. Zero sound reduction measures taken, very frusturating.

If you want to be in the "think of things", this is a good spot. I found the staff to be excellent, despite all the traffic they have to put up with at that location. I was _always_ greeted with a smile and I was so impressed by that for a budget hotel. All the staff deserve handsome tips and gratuity for soldier level efforts to maintain high standards at that location. One thing I found quite annoying was having to re enter my username/password to the WIFI _everyday_. They warned me about having to do that when I checked in, but it was still an annoyance. Oh, I booked this place specifically for the pool and it did not disappoint. For a budget hotel, the views were good, and the ability to cool off in the neat, clean, and well kept rooftop pool environment made my stay here far more enjoyable.

Left off on star because I believe the bathroom shower could’ve been cleaner otherwise, staff are amazing and super helpful and kind, daily breakfast is 10/10, the location couldn’t have been better, and it’s perfect to simply have somewhere comfortable to recharge after being out all day. Would recommend if you’re looking for these things and not an extreme luxury, costly place.

Gigi at the front desk is a miracle worker. She seemingly knows every guest at the property by name and was invaluable in providing local knowledge, hiring taxis and providing any service a guest might require. I believe this hotel is on Balang Street, an extremely bustling street. I stayed on the 8th floor and I did not have any issues with noise. Breakfast was more than decent and did the job. The laundry service was amazing just know you won't receive your clothes until the next day.

Property staff were so nice and friendly and helpful. But the hotel it self was disappointing. Mold on the bathroom. Dirty mattress. Old broken up furniture… definitely does not look anything like the pictures. We did not eat at the hotel because kitchen was also dirty. But we realized this is how they live so we definitely made the best of it.
