"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, and the staff were all friendly and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to Nat at the front desk. When we had a couple of small issues with our room, Nat was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive in resolving everything right away. She handled it with such a positive attitude and genuine care - it really made a difference and turned a minor inconvenience into a great example of excellent service."

"We stayed at the Sangri-La Bangkok for 6 nights. We would have like for the room to be a little bigger as we chose the river view. We would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room so we could drink coffee and enjoy the river view in the morning. But overall, we would say for the money we paid, this was very good. The staff was polite and helpful when we needed help. We walked outside and we felt safe. We really like the fact that you can take the boat to go to Icon Siam. We love Icon Siam. It have everything we needed from little local gifts and very high end merchandise. The basement is the food court, and it has all sort of food and local merchandise to purchase for gifts."

"Even the hotel wasn’t located in close proximity to the monorail. The well-organised transportation made no difference to other hotels located just on steps from the BTS . Great spa and pool , service , breakfast with ongoing free coffee and tea at lobby"

"Just a one night stopover at the cottage hotel, I arrived when it had been raining continuously for 36 hours, all the roads were flooded, so just bedded down for night. My transfer to BKK next morning was amazing, shuttles everybody to mini bus with a high wheel base pick up, brilliant service."
