"Rooms were exceptionally clean. They were made up every day, exactly as each guest wished. Rooms were very quiet, views were exceptionally beautiful. Location, although seemingly isolated, was very easy to access, including taxis, bus, funicular, good walking paths."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. "Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"

"Everything was just wonderful! We enjoyed a relaxing dip in the hot tub with the best view while sipping Prosecco. The morning breakfast was great as well! I hope to return. "
