"All the staff were brilliant. All food just the best. It has a full service restaurant on site with bar and you get anything there. Drinks, meals, snacks, souvenirs and more. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is modern and clean. It is not a luxury hotel but it is better than a 2 star rating. Parking is totally available."

"It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well"

"We stayed the Admiral for two nights while on a business trip in Bologna. What a beautiful hotel and setting. The staff was extremely attentive and professional, the rooms spacious and comfortable, and the setting gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. They are well equipped with on site restaurant and multiple conference halls as needed. The daily breakfast was delicious and the views of the hilly countryside are worth the price alone…don’t miss this gem located just south of Bologna"

"Says check in is at noon and when I arrived at 1:30pm they said I couldn’t check in till 230. They kept trying to get me to eat at their restaurant while I waited. But I had plans and just landed and needed to shower and leave. I finally was able to check in but they weren’t nice about it. I made reservations for dinner at 730 with them and when I arrived they didn’t have record of it and gave me a table and said they needed it back in 1 hour. The food was not good! Shocking for Italy! Room wise it was a cute room but the water pressure on the hot water was nothing. Barely came out. So I took a cold shower. Wouldn’t come back! "

"This lovely little area of Castelvetro was a pleasure to stay in! The Locanda rooms were spacious and had nice amenities for coffee and tea. The living area was a nice addition to our space with lively decor. The toilet area is small but well appointed. If you want a romantic dinner reserve a table in the wine cellar. The hosts were fantastic! We should have stayed longer. One note: This is a castle village, the street is narrow but drivable. If you arrive by car, there is a large grove of trees where you can park. Then walk up the cobblestone road and the guesthouse on the corner of the 2nd left. "

"Room was clean and comfortable! We had a good. Didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great with a good spread of items. Location is about 30 minutes by car from the ZTL center of Bologna, so we found it convenient and at a good price. Thank you!"

"The apartment is really nice. Just missing like a vending machine, there is nothing around in case you need water or a drink. Also missing hair dryer. The beds were super comfortable and everything clean."
