While we appreciated the response to address the issue, repeatedly dealing with roaches...

"This was an awful stay. The hotel looks as if it was being repaired but didn’t find out until we arrived at the property. Breakfast is advertised but provided a sack breakfast which was awful. Found puddles of water in the bathroom from leaks when we arrived. We asked to change rooms but were told we could not. If you’re planning to stay within the next couple of months, think again…"

"Good room"

"Excellent place to stay; enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff are fabulous. We received a complimentary charcuterie board upon arrival. We ordered room service a couple times and it was easy and fast via a link that was texted to me. We liked the Opal collection so much we plan to visit other ones."

"Enjoyed our stay - staff is professional, helpful and friendly. Great parking, room is clean and updated, nice breakfast selection, easy access and walking distance to the beach. Pool was clean! Definitely will book again!"

"Really it’s great for everything cleaning and staff working all professional. Breakfast is suitable for all ages. Thx. For everyone hoping to be there again next visit"

"Courteous staff at check-in, housekeeping, and at the bar. Clean and spacious rooms. Central location."

"This property should replace the toilet fixtures in the rooms. While most all hotels have installed "Comfort height toilets" this place has super low fixtures. Time to modernize."

"Everything was perfect for what I needed."
