It’s a better than average Best Western. My room was altogether nicely done…newly refurbished. The staff is kind and responsive. The breakfast is a “motel style” minimal buffet in a very loud setting… uncomfortably loud. The location is very convenient to 1-95. John D McArthur Beach State Park (do not miss this), the Singer Island beach park and two shopping malls. I have returned 3 times.

I loved that they gave me a room with tile, close to exit to make My stay with dog pet friendly. The breakfast did not open until 6:30 so I never utilized so can not speak on it. The drinks from cooler were over priced. The hotel Is older but we'll Maintained and quiet.

Location was great . However it needs an upgrade. Carpet smells needs to be removed!. lamps, towel rack and fridge rusting , curtains need cleaning, the mattress wasn’t the best. One of the towels were dirty black spots as if it was used and never cleaned. Wi-Fi wasn’t working had no tv to watch. Our neighbor kept going in and out of the room late night and door kept slamming. To top it off never been to a hotel and they send message for gratuity.
