"Personal amable en recepción. Habitación con vistas excelentes, baño amplio. Echamos en falta: una jarra eléctrica para calentar agua, bolsas de té e infusiones y 2 botellas de agua gratis en la habitación. En hoteles de menos categoría ya se ofrece como complemento gratuito. Nos sorprendió que aún tienen en el baño pequeños formatos individuales de champú y gel de baño en vez de utilizar en la ducha recipientes que se puedan rellenar para prevenir el uso innecesario de plásticos."

"Excelente habitación y servicio"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel and was even lucky enough to get a balcony room. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable - no complaints. Both the reception- and cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. Because of this, the good location and the fact that they are dog friendly, we would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santander."

"Parking with my car trailer was easy. Sunday night before catching the ferry. There’s a nice cafe a short walk down the hill to the left. Breakfast is buffet style toast, cereals, fruit juices. 10 Euro pp. The rooms are super clean & comfortable. WiFi is a little slow, but is small criticism in my view. Please visit YouTube channel DocksideGlyn. Some nice videos. It will help towards Cancer Research."

"The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks. The location was also really good just on the outskirts of the main city centre, but still a main road with loads shops (and some excellent bakeries),...
