"Very old"

"The only thing about this hotel is the proximity to downtown. The breakfast was terrible, the staff unfriendly, and the rooms were not clean (hairs in shower, a dirty towel, etc). For a holiday weekend, it was a ghost town and now I understand why!"

"We stayed here after trying to stay at another hotel that was in an unsafe area. We felt very safe here. They had valet service also. The people at every area were friendly. "

"This is my 3rd attempt to give The Arlington a chance. And it was my last attempt. We found moldy cheese under the bed, the shower drain cap was missing so it was just an open hole in the shower. The carpet is the same as it was probably 20+ years ago and it shows. HOWEVER - The staff is very friendly and professional, so that was refreshing. "

"I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free."

"The property itself was decent but I’ve stayed at better Doubletree properties. It was an inconvenience that early check in was not an available for us even after calling ahead especially since we flew in for a wedding that started 90 mins after check in. The shuttle service from the airport was nice and the shuttle driver Mr. Robert was amazing. The hot water in our room didn’t work the first night we were there and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. They also ran out of cookies which is one of the main perks of staying at DT. Otherwise, the stay was decent but I’ll definitely look for a different property if I visit Little Rock again."

"I understand the need for a night window, but hotels in general need to do a better job of making sure that the customer can hear what they are saying/asking - especially for us old folks who have hearing issues. This one was better than many (the drink and ice machines were separated from the lobby), but it was still hard to hear. The floor of the tub/shower was very slippery. Some kind of non-skid strips would be nice. Other than that, the facility was very nice."
