"Very slow Wi-Fi system. During evening, I was about to sleep, but some lady from the restaurant knocked the door and forced me order dinner. This manner was very rude. I told her I did not order anything, but she still kept knocking the door. By the way, people in this hotel was very friendly and helpful."

"In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. Cons - the bathroom floors were marbel which during the period of december were almost unbearable to walk on barefoot. Otherwise highly recommend. "
