"We were impressed by the warmth, the friendliness of the front desk staff. I wish your hotel and others would have some quality channel on the television, like Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, whatever. One channel would be nice. The breakfast was good, and the dining room was comfortable. One heads up! During daytime hours, we thought to go to adjoining restaurant and grab some lunch. The door to the hotel and the exit door were both locked. We were trapped. Fortunately, someone saw the three of us...
"I was solo road tripping with 2 dogs and this hotel was perfect. They gave me a walkout room right across from the exit, which made taking the dogs out a breeze. There was a grassy area to walk (we saw a deer and fireflies!) and poo bags/trash available. It was also less expensive than staying on the east side of Cleveland. I'll stay here again next year."
